The room was recently renovated and upscale, and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was amazing.

Everything was great as expected. Breakfast was superb, lots of food. The room we had included an individual safe, multi-channel TV and a writing table. Every member of staff was wonderful. The venue was in a very central location short walk to many good restaurants as well as Macroplaza. Also, a huge plaza was just a short distance away.

I liked that the hotel was big size and functional. It was central and close to Museum of Contemporary Art in Monterrey. My food for continental breakfast was outstanding and all the staff were fabulously friendly and decent.

great value and exactly what i needed. adequate breakfast, lots of options available. the nice service was provided in this well-appointed hotel. besides, it had very good internet, handy to surf the net. walking distance to the nice beach. also, distance to a huge plaza was only 1 km.

Fine stay in this hotel. Room was fairly large, I appreciated a super nice location and SO WONDERFUL staff. Really comfy beds, a safe, multi-channel television and ironing facilities were a nice touch. I really enjoyed a bath in my private bathroom. Found in the upscale area. Such comfortable venue, 19 miles from General Mariano Escobedo airport.

Staff at that hotel were affable. Rooms newly remodeled and fashioned. Incredibly beautiful venue in a super central location. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Sierra Madre Brewing Co that is only 10 minutes' walk away. I used private parking on-site.
